Repair/Maintenance

 

1. Send all your maintenance requests in writing to [email protected]

2. To speed up the process, please make sure your request contains the following:

  • When did you notice the issue?
  • Location e.g. en-suite bathroom, master bedroom
  • Details of the problem and be specific e.g. my dishwash is not draining vs. it is not working.
  • Photos or videos (compulsory)

 3. No hot water: always check with your neighbour first or building manager to see if it is a building issue. You may also call Sydney Water on 13 20 90 to check for outages.

 4. No power / electricity: always check with your neighbour first or building manager to see if it is a building issue. You may visit Ausgrid’s website for outages or call 13 13 88.

 

Common Property (Apartment)

Unit front door (incl. lock & handle), balcony sliding doors, windows (incl. lock & handle),  balcony floor (incl. drainage) and intercom are generally common property. Please email your building manager and copy our Agency in the email.
