One of the things that stood out most was how he made everything so simple. I was given a timeline of every expected step which was also explained clearly to avoid confusion, and throughout the entire process I felt very informed and in control.
Additionally, I was impressed with his market knowledge for my property. Having done some research of the area and particularly my building I had a pre-conceived value for my property but after a brief consultation with him I was able to aim higher than initially expected but remaining achievable.
