Sold for more than I expected and felt well supported throughout the process

Throughout the process Jason was really on top of things and kept everything clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience much less stressful for me. At one point I was starting to think I’d have to drop the price just to move things along, but he talked me through the local market and recent sales and explained why it still made sense to hold. In the end we sold for more than I originally expected, which I was genuinely surprised by. I also went to a few of the open homes myself. He didn’t just unlock the door and wait around — he paid attention to how the rooms felt, the lighting and the overall atmosphere, and you could tell he was trying to present the place in the best possible way. Another thing that stood out was how he treated the buyers who came through. He took time with each person, answered their questions properly and never seemed rushed, even when it was busy. Overall it just felt like he genuinely cared about doing things properly and looking out for my interests, rather than just trying to close the deal as quickly as possible.
